Ian Boyd

Ian Boyd serves as the Executive Vice President of Research and Development at ActiveOps since November 2025. With a robust career spanning several decades, Ian has held significant roles including Principal Consultant at Information Systems Builders Pty Ltd since November 1996 and Chief Information Officer at Enlighten Operational Excellence from May 2006 to November 2025. At Enlighten, Ian led the Management Transformation Program, achieving substantial productivity and quality enhancements for organizations. Prior to that, Ian was a Senior Consultant and Systems Architect at Enlighten Operational Excellence and held the position of Director of Research and Development at Knowledgeone Corporation, overseeing comprehensive software solutions for information management. Ian's early career included serving as Managing Director at Palcom Computer Systems Pty Ltd, specializing in real estate management software. Educationally, Ian holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and multiple degrees in Mathematics from UNSW.
