Paula Brown

Paula Brown is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as COO for EMEIA at ActiveOps since June 2019. Previously, Paula held the position of Head Of Operations for EMEIA at ActiveOps and has been the Managing Director of Active Operations Management Africa since September 2010. Paula's prior roles include Executive at The IQ Business Group and Hogan EDC Manager at CSC, as well as Project Director at PMSC. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA and a PGDMP from the University of Cape Town, along with a Post Graduate award in Operations and Process Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
