Phil Moody

Phil Moody is a seasoned product and relationship management professional with extensive experience at ActiveOps since March 2017, currently serving as Product Director and Head of Relationship Management. Moody is responsible for driving organic growth and enhancing customer value from the Workware product suite. Previously, Moody held roles including Customer Success Lead and Delivery Manager, successfully building teams and delivering SaaS solutions to clients. Prior experience at RBS from October 2005 to December 2016 includes leadership positions such as Design and Delivery Director and Lean Leader (VP), where Moody oversaw significant change programs and drove customer-focused improvements. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Cardiff University.
