Stuart Pugh

Stuart Pugh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management, customer success, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at ActiveOps since February 2019, Stuart leads the Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams. Prior to this, roles included Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director at Opstanding Ltd, where the focus was on enhancing service operations. Experience also includes General Manager at Itmam Services LLC, overseeing ADCB's shared services, and Executive Vice President at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, leading a large operations team. Stuart's career began at HSBC, where achievements included managing a significant budget and leading large teams across global operations. Academic qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a MA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
