Jones Xavier

Jones Xavier has a wealth of experience in the field of planning and estimation. Jones began their career in 2013 as a Senior Engineer (Planning & Estimation) at Larsen & Toubro. In this role, they were responsible for preparing strategic programs, including design, procurement and construction schedules, as well as estimating the required quantities based on issued drawings. In 2015, they moved to Allied Investments & Housing (P) Ltd as Manager (Planning & Estimation), where they handled and coordinated multiple projects, delegated day to day activities to the project team, and negotiated with vendors and subcontractors. In 2018, they joined PROBE Group as Team Lead and Collections Officer - Government. In this role, they were selected to perform higher duties including preparation and distribution of daily reporting for the purpose of tracking agent performance, trained and mentored new team members, and provided professional, accurate and timely customer service in response to Centrelink debt enquiries. Most recently, in 2021, Jones Xavier began working at ActivePipe as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative.

Jones Xavier obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences between 2007 and 2011. Jones then went on to pursue a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Construction Engineering and Management from SRM University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they were awarded Overseas Experience assessed and approved from Engineers Australia.
