Oksana Redko has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). Оксана worked as a QA Engineer at ActivePlatform from August 2022 to the present, and also held the same role at OKAY\QA from March 2022 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Client Relationship Specialist at 1 Belarus from February 2018 to January 2022, where they provided consultation and support to both legal and individual clients through various communication channels. Оксана handled objections, conducted sales, and promoted company services. Additionally, they gained experience as a Junior QA Engineer at IT Academy Stormnet in May 2021 to June 2021.

Oksana Redko completed their education at two different institutions. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Belarusian State University, where they studied Physics and Management Activities. In 2021, they enrolled in IT академия Stormnet, specializing in Software Testing.

In addition to their educational background, Oksana Redko obtained two certifications. In June 2021, they received a certification in "Testing of Software" from "Stormnet Technologies." In October 2022, they became an ISTQB Certified Tester, earning the certification from GASQ.
