Claudia Melis

Claudia Melis has a strong background in customer service and technical support. Claudia began their career at SINA SAS as a Sales and Travel Advisor, where they worked for three years. Claudia then joined My Yacht Charter as a Sales and Travel Advisor, specializing in yacht charters and luxury cruises. After that, Claudia worked at N3 as an Italian Business Development Representative, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Claudia then joined Lufthansa as a Customer Support Specialist for over a year. Claudia then moved to Accenture as a Digital Marketing Account Manager, specializing in Facebook advertising. Claudia then worked at Voxpro as a Technical Support Specialist for Google Nest Labs, providing outsourced customer service and technical support for international brands. Following that, Claudia joined Salesforce as a T2 Support Engineer, providing technical support for Salesforce's cloud-based software. Currently, they are working at ActiveProspect as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, where they utilize their expertise to support and provide solutions for clients.

Claudia Melis pursued their education in a sequential manner. Claudia completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Università degli Studi di Cagliari, studying from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General, from "E. D'Arborea" between 2001 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Claudia Melis has also obtained several certifications. These include the LeadConduit 1: Core Concepts and Trusted Form 1: Basic Concepts certifications from ActiveProspect in March 2023. Claudia also holds the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, obtained in June 2020, the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification, obtained in March 2020, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, obtained in February 2020. Additionally, Claudia has obtained an ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America in February 2023.
