Dion Green is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client relations and product support. Since November 2021, Dion has been contributing to ActiveProspect, enhancing customer experiences and ensuring successful onboarding. Prior to this, from May 2012 to October 2021, Dion played a critical role at ConstructConnect™, also as a Customer Success Manager, where expertise in customer engagement was further developed. Dion began the professional journey as a Product Specialist at Frontgate Catalog from November 2009 to April 2012, where skills in product knowledge and customer interaction were honed.
