Earl McCarthy

Earl McCarthy has had a diverse range of work experiences. Earl is currently employed as a Sales Director for Insurance Services and Legal Services at ActiveProspect, starting in April 2021. Before that, from 2018 to 2021, Earl worked at Knock as a Customer Success Specialist and Sales Executive.

Prior to their position at Knock, Earl served as a National Sales Manager and Lead Generation Manager at Commissions Inc. (CINC) from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they nurtured and qualified over 175 leads daily, utilizing the CINC CRM platform and outbound/inbound calls. Earl was responsible for adapting to specific client requests on a call-to-call basis and overcoming objections to determine leads' time frame and motivation to purchase a home.

Earlier in their career, Earl held the position of Admissions Representative at ITT Technical Institute from January 2015 to October 2015. Earl then worked as an Admissions Enrollment Specialist at Point University from September 2010 to January 2015.

Before transitioning into the education sector, Earl gained experience as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from April 2007 to November 2010. Additionally, they served as the PTO President at Atlanta Youth Academies Y Campus from November 2009 to May 2010.

Earl also worked as a Photographer at Lifetouch National School Studios from March 2009 to February 2010. Earl gained entrepreneurial experience as the Director and Co-Owner of Tot's R Us Daycare from July 2006 to September 2007.

Lastly, Earl began their career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Lead Document Solution Specialist from February 2000 to July 2006.

Earl McCarthy obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American InterContinental University in 2005. Earl later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Relations/Counseling from Point University, completing their education in 2012. In July 2019, Earl A. McCarthy obtained a certification as a Notary Public.
