Luis Ferreira

Luis Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Luis began their career in 2006 as a Gas Turbine Operation Supervisor at UTE, where they worked until 2012. In 2010, they started working as a freelance Web Developer, taking on small projects through platforms like Freelancer. Luis continued this work until 2012 when they joined Altimetrik as a Web Developer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer through The Black Dog Group Inc., leading a migration project for Shea Apartments. In 2014, Luis co-founded NuuK Software, a contract/consultancy firm providing software engineering services to companies worldwide. While at NuuK Software, they worked on various projects, including maintaining and developing features for JFShea and SheaApartments. In 2017, they joined ProDeal as the Lead Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining their SaaS product. Luis worked at ProDeal until 2021 when they joined ActiveProspect as a Software Engineer, eventually being promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2022.
