Tina Abdoo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tina is currently serving as the Global Director of IT and Business Systems at ActiveProspect, where they are responsible for strategizing, designing long-term road maps, managing customer data, providing IT support, and overseeing the technical delivery of essential internal applications. Tina plays a pivotal role in ensuring that suitable systems are in place to support the organization's evolving environment and driving the maturity of IT and Business Systems.

Before joining ActiveProspect, Tina held various leadership positions at Amway. As the Vice President of IT - Enterprise Architecture & Design, Agile, and Planning, they played a crucial role in establishing a global vision for the organization. Tina was responsible for strengthening the Enterprise Architecture & Design organization, driving Agile Transformation globally, and maximizing the financial results of the IT global organization. Tina also served as the Director of IT - Enterprise Architecture and Planning, where they facilitated corporate governance processes within the IT Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Planning, and other related departments. Additionally, they successfully managed a newly created department focused on IT production support and led the Database & Application Infrastructure team at Amway.

In earlier roles, Tina Abdoo proved their expertise by managing the Oracle ERP Europe Implementation at Amway and leading the technical development and integration for the Oracle R12 project. Tina also served as the Manager of IT Integration, where they oversaw a global team responsible for supporting integrations, and played an instrumental role in managing the team's project deliverables.

Tina Abdoo completed the LEAD Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2016. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
