William John Servos

William John Servos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. William John started their career in 2003 as a Computing Center Field Service Technician/Trinfo.Cafe Neighborhood Support Technician at Trinity College, where they provided support to non-profit organizations in Hartford. William John then worked as a Systems Administrator at SINA Inc from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Servos joined Argent Software as a Field Engineer, offering support for enterprise monitoring and job scheduling automation solutions. William John provided assistance to customers through various channels and performed hardware and software maintenance and repair for employees.

From 2008 to 2009, Servos worked as a Computer Instructor and Data Manager at Our Piece of the Pie. William John then joined Schaefer Systems International as a Senior Support Engineer, where they were responsible for providing on-site software and logistics support for Walgreens' Northeast Distribution Center.

In 2015, Servos became a Supervisor at Goodwill Industries of the Pioneer Valley and later transitioned to Sedgwick, where they served as a Data Specialist. At Sedgwick, they analyzed claim metadata for corporate clients and identified trends and anomalies to reduce risk and lower costs in workers compensation and liability.

Servos joined Uptrust in 2018 as the Integrations Lead and Lead Backend Engineer, where they played a pivotal role in redesigning and rebuilding ETL scripts for client onboarding. William John also worked with various CRMs to provide customized integrations and developed software for encryption and authentication services for government agencies. Servos managed client interactions, led a team of engineers and support specialists, and customized support and project management systems.

In 2021, Servos joined Emergent Works as a Product Manager and later became an Implementation Manager. At Emergent Works, they oversaw implementation processes and managed product development.

Currently, Servos is working as an Implementation Engineer at ActiveProspect, leveraging their skills and expertise to contribute to the company's projects and goals.

William John Servos obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained a certification in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America, although the specific month of accomplishment is not provided.
