Napoleon Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. napoleon started their career as a Commercial Banking Credit Analyst at M&F Bank NC in 2001 and provided risk and credit analysis support. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Wells Fargo Securities as a Leverage Finance/High Yield Credit employee, where they produced proprietary debt research and managed institutional client relationships. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, they held multiple positions, including a Carolina Entrepreneurial Fellow and a Kenan Institute CSE Research Associate. In 2018, they became a Founding Partner at Partners in Equity, and in 2020, they became the Managing Partner at The Southern Reconstruction Fund. Napoleon Wallace has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from North Carolina Central University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they received a high school diploma in General Studies from D H Conley High School in 1998. Napoleon then pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including LNC Class XXVII from Leadership North Carolina in May 2020, a Certificate in Municipal Finance from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago in May 2019, and a Certificate in Community Development from the UNC School of Government in April 2014.
