Pierre Mével

Pierre Mével has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Pierre started their career as a Full Stack Developer at Akka Technologies and EDF, where they worked with React.js, Redux.js, and D3.js. Pierre then joined Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on Angular4, Flask/Python, and ElasticSearch. After that, Pierre worked as a Software Engineer at Paris Digital Lab. Following these roles, they joined Upcall as a Software Engineer Intern, where they contributed to the construction of dashboards and integration of payment technologies. Pierre then worked at Time for the Planet as an Associate before joining ActiveViam as an R&D Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In ActiveViam, they worked on the internal computation of aggregate queries, caching and merging of pre-aggregated values, and handling many-to-many relationships. Throughout their career, Pierre has demonstrated expertise in performance optimization, memory footprint, and benchmarking.

Pierre Mével completed their Master's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science at CentraleSupélec from 2015 to 2019. Pierre also participated in the Digital Tech Year program from 2017 to 2018, with a specialization in Informatics. Prior to that, between 2013 and 2015, Pierre attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they studied Maths, Physics, and Sciences de l'Ingénieur. Besides their academic qualifications, Pierre has obtained a driving license (Permis B), although the specific institution and date of acquisition are not provided.
