Raymond Tan

Raymond Tan is a Customer Success Manager for the Americas at ActiveViam since April 2024, focusing on customer adoption, retention, and relationship building throughout the customer journey. Previously, Raymond served as the Head of Summit Services for the Americas at Phi Partners from February 2023 to March 2024, where the role involved expanding Summit Services and assisting customers with Summit modernization. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Finastra in various positions, including Systems Advisory Architect and Global Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team, increasing product usage, and facilitating Summit migration. Earlier career roles involved leading technology initiatives in the APAC region and implementing Summit solutions across multiple clients in the Americas and Europe. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
