Natalya T. currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Activision since January 2024. Previously, Natalya T. held significant roles at Unity Technologies from April 2018 to January 2024, including Distinguished Technical Fellow & Chief Architect for Wētā Tools, where the focus was on 3D artist tooling and solving workflow challenges for scalable characters. Natalya T. also contributed to ACM SIGGRAPH as the Games Chair for both 2018 and 2014, overseeing the planning and implementation of the Games Program. Prior to that, Natalya T. worked at Bungie from February 2009 to December 2016 as the Graphics Lead and Engineering Architect, contributing to the next-gen rendering engine for Destiny and implementing rendering features for Halo titles. Natalya T. holds a Master of Science in Computer Science (Graphics concentration) from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science (Graphics concentration) from Boston University.
