Client Relationship Manager at Activity Stream

Alex Cutrone has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. Starting in 2023, Alex worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Activity Stream, where they were responsible for onboarding clients, training staff, and resolving any issues. Prior to that, in the same year, Alex worked as an Audience Services Manager at The PAC – The Perelman Performing Arts Center, where they implemented and maintained the Spektrix CRM system and oversaw Audience Services operations.

Before 2023, Alex held various roles at the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Ticketing & Guest Relations, focusing on improving customer service and implementing sales strategies. From 2016 to 2019, Alex was an Audience Services Manager at Caramoor, responsible for increasing audience engagement. Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Box Office Manager, overseeing ticketing operations.

Alex also gained experience at the Helen Hayes Youth Theatre, where they served as a Production Manager and Staff Stage Manager, responsible for overseeing productions and managing communications with actors and technical staff.

As a Stage & Production Manager with their own business from 2013 to 2021, Alex developed their skills in managing and coordinating various production aspects.

In 2014, Alex worked as the Director of Audience Development at the White Plains Performing Arts Center, where they handled marketing, group sales, audience services, and digital media management. They also had a role as an Assistant to the Producer & House Manager, assisting with administrative tasks.

Before that, at Lafayette College, Alex held several roles, including House Manager & Head Usher at the Williams Center for the Arts, Assistant Conductor for the Lafayette College Concert Band, Box Office Attendant at the Williams Center for the Arts, Orchestral Director for the Marquis Players, and EXCEL Scholar in the Music Department.

Alex also gained political campaign experience as a Campaign Fellow for Gillibrand for Senate in 2012 and as a Campaign Intern for Joe Sestak for U.S. Senate in 2010.

Overall, Alex Cutrone has a strong background in client relationship management, audience services, ticketing, production management, and various positions in the arts and performing arts industry. Alex Cutrone has a strong education background in music, government, and law. Currently, Alex is pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at SUNY Brockport, with studies commencing in 2022 and an end date that has not yet been specified.

In addition to their formal education, Alex Cutrone has obtained several certifications. They completed a Human Research - Basics course through the CITI Program in February 2022. They also achieved certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, both from the American Red Cross, in February and March 2022, respectively.
