Amy Constantine Kline has a diverse and extensive work experience in the performing arts and ticketing industry. Amy began their career in 1998 with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra as a Sr. Sales Representative and Group Sales Intern. Amy then worked as a Marketing & Sales Intern at City Theatre Company in 2000 and as an Assistant Box Office Manager at Pittsburgh Playhouse from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined CAPA: Columbus Association for the Performing Arts as a Specialty Ticketing & Marketing Coordinator, where they utilized Ticketmaster Classic and PCI software to manage accounts and sales, develop subscription plans, and respond to customer inquiries.

Amy's career progressed as they joined Manchester Craftsmen's Guild Jazz in 2008 as a Customer Relations Manager, where they achieved impressive results in subscriber renewal rates and sales growth. Amy also determined ticket prices and packaging for various events. In 2011, Amy became the Patron Services & Marketing Manager at Manchester Craftsmen's Guild Jazz.

Amy then joined ShowClix in 2015, initially as a Client Success Manager and later as a Senior Client Support Manager. At ShowClix, they provided support to clients and managed their success. In 2019, Amy joined Patron Technology as the Director of Client Education & Support, a role they held until 2020 when they transitioned to become the Director of Ticketing Implementation. Amy was responsible for implementing ticketing systems and providing educational support to clients.

In 2021, Amy joined AudienceView as a Product Manager, where they oversaw product development and management. Amy'smost recent role is as the Head of Customer Success at Activity Stream, starting in 2023. In this role, Amy is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Throughout their career, Amy Constantine Kline has gained valuable experience in customer success, product management, ticketing implementation, marketing, and sales in the performing arts industry.

Amy Constantine Kline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Management from Point Park University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Amy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the same institution. In 2018, they completed the City of Pittsburgh Civic Leadership Academy.

In addition to their formal education, Amy Constantine Kline has obtained several certifications. Amy became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2021. In April 2021, they completed the "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" certification through LinkedIn. Amy also obtained a certification in "Cybersecurity at Work" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
