Einar Saevarsson began their career in 2001 as Vice President & COO of Innn hf, where they were responsible for overseeing general operations and redefining the product strategy for LISA, LISA ISP and LISA.net. In 2002, they began teaching support classes at the University of Iceland engineering faculty, teaching physics, calculus and linear algebra, and they also lectured in Quality Management and Business Administration. In 2004, they became CEO & Co-founder of Midi.is, where they were responsible for creating and executing a business strategy, HR, sales and marketing. In 2007, they started at Billetlugen A/S (+Venuepoint +Eventim.no +Eventim.se) as SVP Business Development (kommerciel direktør) / co-founder, where they were responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing business opportunities fitting the strategy of the company as well as new projects developed within the company. Einar was also a Board Member at Bilet.ro and a Board Member, Chairman, and VP Business Development / co-founder at Venuepoint AS / Eventim.no. In 2008, they began teaching the course "Project Management" at the Technical University of Iceland, and in 2006 they taught the course "Project Management I" at the University of Iceland engineering faculty. In 2015, they became CEO & Founder of Activity Stream, and in 2020 they joined Eyrir Venture Management as a Member of the Investment Council.

Einar Saevarsson attended Háskóli Íslands from 1997 to 2005, where they earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
