Hugh Topping

Hugh Topping has a long and varied work experience. Hugh began their career in 2007 as Director and IT Manager for Topping & Company Booksellers. In 2013, they took a Sales & Marketing Intern position with Spektrix. Hugh then worked their way up to Junior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Engineer with Spektrix from 2014-2017. In 2017, they took a DevOps Engineer position with Yoyo Wallet and also founded crowdEngage, a company that was acquired by Activity Stream in May 2022. Hugh currently holds the role of VP Product Development & Co-founder with Activity Stream.

Hugh Topping attended the University of Aberdeen from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained an MA (Hons) in Mental Philosophy.
