Chloe Studley

Chloe Studley is the Head of Workforce at Activity Alliance, where they lead the strategic development of workforce initiatives aimed at enhancing inclusion in sport and physical activity. With a strong background in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and learning design, Chloe focuses on increasing the representation of disabled individuals within the sector. They hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and have held various roles, including Trustee and SEND Governor at Kirby Muxloe Primary School. Chloe's commitment to equity is evident in their efforts to create environments where diverse teams can thrive, actively challenging systemic barriers to participation.
