Jonathan Borsellino

Jonathan Borsellino has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career in 2012 as a Security Professional at Fortas Security, where they worked until 2017. In 2016, they joined Concordia University as a Security Manager, where they managed a security team and ensured a safe environment for customers. Jonathan then transitioned to the National Bank of Canada in 2017, first as a Financial Governance Analyst and later as an SME Account Manager. In these roles, they developed relationships with Canadian SME business owners and participated in the implementation of a CRM system. Their most recent position is at Activix, where they started in 2021 as a CRM Specialist and later became an Account Manager.

Jonathan Borsellino completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at Concordia University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplôme Étude Collégial in Science Humaines Profil Administration from Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, graduating in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained various certifications. In July 2018, they received certifications in Marketing and Service for Commerce Cloud as well as Salesforce B2C Commerce for Merchandisers, both from Trailhead by Salesforce. Later, in October 2020, they completed the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum.
