Deborah Heitz

Deborah Heitz is an experienced Director with a strong background in the retail industry, specializing in operational finance and process improvements. Currently, Deborah serves as Manager of Treasury & Accounts Payable at ActivStyle, building on extensive prior experience as Director of Disbursements at David's Bridal. Throughout their career, Deborah has successfully managed teams, developed training programs, and implemented efficient systems, including a payroll card option in the U.S. and new software solutions. In addition to their professional roles, Deborah dedicated time as a volunteer with Adopt a Boxer Rescue from 2008 to 2019, contributing significantly to the organization’s outreach and fundraising efforts. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University.
