Ryan Mumford has over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at L-3 Communication Systems - West in various roles, including IT Department Financial Analyst, SAP Implementation Financial Analyst, and Program Cost Analyst. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at TD Ameritrade as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst II. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Global Rescue LLC as a Business Analyst/Commissions Manager, where they determined their own role in an entrepreneurial startup environment, designed the commission structure, managed business requirements for I. T. implementations, controlled compensation for 600+ sales team members, analyzed sales and costs to implement changes to improve profitability, and set and oversaw the budget for the company. From 2017 to present, they have been working at ACTIVZ as the Vice President of Finance, where they have cultivated a thriving finance team by mentoring new employees in SQL, financial analysis, etc., been responsible for all cash management and financial controls across 4 countries and multiple banking partners as the corporate controller, directed the corporate financial statements, investor and board level presentations, established guidelines for budgeting and forecasting for all departments, overseen sales and marketing proposals to ensure adherence with projections, and proactively provided strategic analysis on potential sales opportunities, cost cutting measures, etc. Ryan has also overseen the company benefit offering and managed HR requirements including disciplinary, terminations, recruiting, hiring, etc.
