William Brewer

William Brewer has had a long and accomplished career in the legal profession. William began their career in 1982 as a Prosecutor for the Des Moines County Attorney's Office. In 1985, they moved on to private practice, working as an Attorney. In 1996, they became a Partner at McEnroe, Gotsdiner, Brewer, Steinbach & Rothman, P.C., a U.S. law firm specializing in complex business law disputes. In 2012, they took on the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for actnano, Inc., a rapidly growing nanotechnology company. In this role, they provided strategic and legal guidance to the executive team in areas such as growth, profitability, global expansion, and general business activities.

William Brewer obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from Drake University Law School in 1982 and their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Iowa in 1979.
