Our executives bring investment banking quality and rigour and integrate themselves with client teams, to provide commercial, strategic, and financial advice and specialised infrastructure knowledge.

We provide advice across three core infrastructure sectors:
- Government Infrastructure (including Greenfield procurements & Market Led Proposals)
- Private and Government Owned Infrastructure (including corporate and Brownfield Government infrastructure)
- Infrastructure Technology (platforms transforming infrastructure & adjacent sectors)

Our 5 core service offerings are:
- Commercial advice including structuring and negotiation
- Capital raising and project finance
- Strategy, asset optimisation and M&A
- Procurement and transaction management advice
- Independent Non-Executive Director services

We bring both private sector and Government perspectives to complex assets and projects and have the senior transaction advisory and execution expertise to help clients drive successful outcomes. This expertise has been gained across multiple sectors including transport (roads, ports, rail, airports), regulated utilities (transmission, distribution), water (desalination, wastewater treatment) and PPPs.
