Steven Leistner

Steven Leistner is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and board leadership. As a Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at HGGC since August 2009, Steven has been integral in developing leading enterprises and fostering long-term value in partnership-driven environments. In addition to the role at HGGC, Steven serves on the boards of multiple companies, including Dentive, Fullscript, Grand Fitness, Entrata, Buildertrend, Beauty Industry Group, Act+Acre, and RPX Corporation. Steven co-founded The Mountain Spring Foundation, focusing on mental health and charitable initiatives. Steven holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School.
