Matkai Burmaster

Matkai Burmaster is a seasoned creative professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. As the Founder of Awesomer Inc. since April 2022, Burmaster has dedicated efforts to inclusive storytelling through various roles, such as Creative Director at Fearless and President of Pomegranate Platform Inc., both since September 2016. Burmaster also holds professional acting credentials with ACTRA and has contributed to the negotiation of project funding as an Entertainment Specialist at Playful Heart Entertainment. Previous experience includes serving as Artistic Director at Verve Sudbury, overseeing diverse artistic projects and nurturing young talent. Educational qualifications include a degree in Acting for Camera and Voice from Seneca Polytechnic and Theatre Studies from York University, alongside a specialized high skills major in the arts from Sudbury Secondary School.
