Sam Han has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Sam started their career in 2002 as a Vehicle NVH Development Engineer at General Motors Global Engineering Center -PATAC. Sam then became a Team Leader of NVH Development in 2006, leading a team and managing regular team activities. In 2008, they were promoted to NVH Development Manager, where they led the NVH development team, collaborated with other groups for cross-functional projects, and managed regular team activities. In 2010, they worked as a Research Engineer at Deakin University. Sam then joined Chassis Brakes International in 2011 as an NVH Development Lead Engineer, leading the NVH development team. Since 2014, they have been working at ActronAir, first as a Senior NVH Engineer and then as an EMC Testing Engineer.
Sam Han completed their education with a Ph.D (Research) in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Before that, they pursued a Master's degree (Research) in Vehicle Engineering at Jiangsu University from 1996 to 1999. Sam began their academic journey at Jilin University, where they obtained a BA in Vehicle Engineering from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Sam Han earned a certificate in Green belt DFFS-design for six sigma from General Motors, although the specific time period for this certification is not provided.
