ACTS FAST provides trauma and therapeutic support to the non-abusive parents/carers and adult family members of children who have suffered Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and sexual assault. We also support families where there has been a police investigation relating to Indecent Images of Children (IIOC) – supporting the non-offending family members to cope with the impact.

This client group is often referred to as the secondary victims. We believe that by supporting secondary victims we create a foundation that allows families to heal from trauma and lessen the impact of trauma on society. 

We support clients through the complex feelings of isolation and loneliness that often come when CSA has occurred. We understand the challenges, the impact it has on the whole family and how life-changing this sort of disclosure can be.
