Eric Yeamans

Eric Yeamans has a rich and diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Eric currently serves as the Director of Creative and Digital Operations at Actual Size, a position they assumed in February 2021. Additionally, they are a member of the Board of Directors and Mentoring Program Coordinator at the Penn State Graphic Design Affiliate Program Group since March 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Eric worked at Actual Size as a Senior Designer from January 2016 to January 2020, and as a Designer from September 2010 to September 2016.

Before joining Actual Size, Eric gained valuable experience as a Design Apprentice at Sommese Design. During their time there, they assisted Professor Lanny Sommese in various projects, including the completion of a book titled "X-ray Vision," creating posters, and managing files for print and online submission. Their tenure at Sommese Design lasted from September 2009 to February 2011.

Additionally, Eric had the opportunity to intern at Tornado Design in Los Angeles during the summer of 2009, following their junior year of college. This internship allowed him to develop skills in client-oriented design, file preparation for print, client interaction, and meeting deadlines.

Overall, Eric Yeamans has progressively advanced their career in graphic design, acquiring a wide range of skills and experiences in both creative and leadership roles.

Eric Yeamans completed their Bachelor's of Design in Graphic Design at Penn State University from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
