Technical Product Manager at Actuate

Laura Reno began their professional career in 2018 as a Senior Counselor for the Fordham Bedford Housing Corporation. Laura then worked as a Research Assistant for the Fordham University Psychology Department in 2018 and the Fordham University Computer and Information Sciences Department in 2019. In 2019, they also held the role of Executive Vice President of the Integrative Neuroscience Student Association and Resident Assistant at Fordham University. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Actuate. In this role, they assist customers with onboarding cameras to Actuate's computer vision software, troubleshoots any issues that may arise with the software, and works with the Product team to document existing features and develop roadmaps for new features based on customer feedback. Laura also trains, manages, and assists other members of the Customer Success team.

Laura Reno has a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Fordham University, with a minor in Psychology and an American Catholic Studies Honors concentration. Laura obtained their high school diploma from Delaware Valley High School in 2017. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from IPVM: IP Networking Certification in June 2022 and Video Surveillance 101 Certification in February 2022.
