Dit betekent dat Acture in plaats van UWV uitvoering geeft aan de Ziektewet voor mensen zonder arbeidsovereenkomst. In dit nog jonge werkveld heeft Acture een enorme expertise opgedaan over de toepassing en interpretatie van de wetgeving, omgang met vangnetters en uitvoering en uitbetaling van uitkeringen. Acture is opgericht door experts op het gebied van risicobeheersing rondom ziekteverzuim en de uitzendbranche. Het samenbrengen van deze twee expertises heeft geleid tot een dienstverleningsproduct waarin het verlagen van de schadelast rondom ziekteverzuim van uitzendkrachten centraal staat. 

Vanwege het succes van deze dienstverlening voor de verzuimbegeleiding van de uitzendsector is het product nu verder ontwikkeld om ook het grootbedrijf te kunnen bedienen.
