David Ghedini

David Ghedini is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the GIS and database sectors. As the Chief Technology Officer and founder of Cited Corp since April 2016, David has led the company in providing PostgreSQL and GIS solutions to clients in over 70 countries, including prominent academic and research institutions. Additionally, David has been the CTO and founder of AcuGIS since December 2011, offering GIS hosting services in over 60 countries and specializing in PostGIS, GeoServer, GeoNode, and AcuGIS Suite consulting. David co-founded Application Outsource UK LTD, focusing on database and application hosting solutions, and previously worked as a developer for IDT Telecom, contributing to Hyperion and Oracle APEX projects. David also has a background in operational roles with the Israel Defense Forces and Dunbar Armored. David holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
