David Grimm

David Grimm currently serves as Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Acuity since January 2023. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at Smart Lighting Solutions in Atlanta from April 2017 to December 2022, where David was Vice President of Sales Operations. Previously, David worked at Acuity Brands from December 2007 to April 2017, assuming multiple roles including Vice President of Pricing Operations, Vice President and General Manager, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Channel Marketing. David's career began at SPI Lighting as Director of Marketing from December 2002 to 2007 and included a role as Product Manager at Phoenix Lighting from January 2000 to December 2002. David holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
