Jason Strasser

Jason Strasser, M.Ed., SHRM-SCP, is a skilled learning and development executive with extensive experience in implementing innovative learning technologies and strategies across various organizations. They have held leadership roles at notable companies such as Walmart, Fidelity Investments, and Stanley Black & Decker, where they managed global talent programs and advanced the use of Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Jason’s past roles include directing training and professional development initiatives for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and designing impactful learning solutions as a consultant. Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning and Development at Acuity, focusing on the skill development of over 13,000 global associates. Jason is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Wabash College and a Master’s degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
