Akshay Sood

Akshay Sood is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, auditing, taxation, and valuation. Akshay started the career as a Management Trainee in Taxation at M/s Grewal & Singh, followed by roles at Grant Thornton LLP as an Analyst and later as an Assistant Manager in Auditing and Assurance at Deloitte. Subsequently, Akshay served as an Assistant Manager for Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield and worked as an Equity Research Analyst in a freelance capacity, managing a diversified portfolio. Currently, Akshay holds the position of Delivery Lead in Private Markets at Acuity Knowledge Partners, where expertise in investment research, financial analysis, and valuation is employed to assist North American and European private equity firms. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and a recent completion of the CFA program with a 90+ percentile score.
