Alka Sinha

Alka Sinha is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over eight years in the human resources field. Currently serving as Lead Executive- Talent Acquisition at Acuity Knowledge Partners since September 2022, Alka previously held the position of Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition at EXL for a brief tenure. Prior experience includes multiple roles at HCL Technologies, progressing from Recruitment Enabler to Lead Executive in Talent Acquisition. Earlier in the career, Alka worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Mancer Consulting Services, as well as an HR Intern at GENPACT. Alka holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from the Jaipuria Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
