Ayaz Kohli

Ayaz Kohli has extensive experience in financial analysis and management, currently serving as an Assistant Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners since March 2008. In this role, Ayaz Kohli has prepared detailed credit reviews for the Leveraged Portfolio Group, focusing on public and private companies in the United States, Canada, and Europe with annual revenues between $1 billion and $20 billion. Ayaz Kohli utilizes various valuation techniques, including DCF and peer multiples, to estimate company values. Prior to this, Ayaz Kohli co-founded Freshler Food & Beverage Pvt. Ltd., where efforts were directed towards establishing the Freshler brand in the quick service restaurant sector. Ayaz Kohli holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from ICFAI Business School and completed 12th grade in Commerce at Government Senior Secondary School Chandigarh.
