Tracy Rivera Obando possesses extensive experience in investment banking and public administration. Currently serving as Investment Banking Delivery Lead and previously as Investment Banking Senior Associate at Acuity Knowledge Partners since February 2024, Tracy has also held roles as Consultora Junior at Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, focusing on police legitimacy and effectiveness. Past positions include Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners, as well as contributing to public policies concerning youth with Consejo de la Persona Joven. Additional experience includes work with Asociación Costa Rica Íntegra on citizen participation and anti-corruption projects, consulting for Municipalidad de Goicoechea on municipal youth policy, and providing technical assistance with FUNPADEM. Tracy's educational background includes a Licentiate degree and Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, alongside a Licentiate degree in Political Science and Government, all from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
