Jon Mead

Jon Mead, PHR, SHRM-CP, LSSMBB, currently serves as Production Manager at Acuity Brands, overseeing P&L functions and leading initiatives on Safety and Quality improvements since February 2021. Previously, Jon worked as Plant Manager at Carter Fuel Systems, where responsibilities included policy implementation and supervision of manufacturing processes from March 2019 to January 2021. Jon's extensive experience at Raybestos® Powertrain, LLC spanned from 2006 to 2019, holding various roles including Plant Operations Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager, Project Coordinator of Lean Events, Health and Safety Manager, and Plant-Human Resources Manager. Jon began a career in management as a Production Supervisor at Raybestos Products Company and later served as Manufacturing Supervisor at Heritage Products Inc. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University.
