Steven Downs

Steven Downs is a seasoned RF engineer with extensive experience in antenna design and radio frequency engineering. Currently serving as Lead RF Engineer at Acuity Brands since April 2014, Downs previously held positions at Research In Motion as a Senior Antenna Designer and at Foxconn International Holdings as an Antenna Engineer. Early career roles include RF Engineer and Antenna Engineer at Motorola iDEN and Motorola from 2001 to 2009, and an internship at Delphi. Downs holds a Master of Science in RF from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Xavier University of Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tulane University.
