Eugene Starks has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Eugene started their career in 1995 as the Director of Client Services at Advantage Health Plan. In 2000, they founded their own company called Starks & Company, Inc., where they served as the Founder and Owner until 2007. From 2007 to the present, they have been working as a Principal at Benefit Administration Services, Ltd. In 2015, they joined Acuity Group, LLC. as a Principal. Additionally, Eugene Starks has served as the Past President of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) from 2017 to 2022.
Eugene Starks obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 1979 to 1984.
