Melissa M.

Melissa M. has had a long and extensive career in Human Resources. Melissa began their career at Woodward and Lothrop as a Training Manager in 1984 and then moved on to become a Manager of Human Resources at Banner Life Insurance Company from 1987 to 1996. In 1997, they became a Plant HR Manager at Multicraft Enterprises and then transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant at DelKen Group from 1998 to 2002. Melissa then joined Realty Mortgage Corporation as a Director of Human Resources from 2002 to 2009. Melissa M.'s career continued at Saks Fifth Avenue, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2009 to 2014. Melissa then joined Hudson's Bay Company, first as a Director of Human Resources for IT from 2014 to 2016 and then as a Divisional Vice President of HRBP from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they have been working at Acuity Group, LLC. as a Senior Human Resources Consultant since 2017 and has also taken on the role of VP of HR Solutions since May 2018.

Melissa M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Labor Studies with a minor in Economics from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, completing their education from 1980 to 1983. In 2013, they obtained a certification in SPHR, although the institution and month of obtaining are unspecified.
