Dan Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services. Since May 2022, Dan has been serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Acuity Insights, following a five-year tenure at Mosaic North America, where Dan held various managerial roles in client service. Dan began their career in client support at Get Tickets E-Solutions Inc and further contributed as an Event and Marketing Assistant for 5 To Watch - Canada's Sports Business Awards. Additional experience includes a role as a production team member at General Motors and as a research assistant at the Automotive Policy Research Centre. Dan holds an Honors B.A. in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a diploma in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College.
