Eric Beaune has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Acuity Insights since June 2019. Previously, Eric held various roles in customer success at Acuity Insights, including Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Eric worked as People and Performance Manager at TutorBright from July 2016 to May 2019. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2015.
