Armin Kamara

Armin Kamara has worked for a variety of companies since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Fundraiser for Future Fundraising. The following year, they worked as a Graduate Business Consultant for The Company Warehouse and a Legal Correspondent & Administrator for Kamuna Ltd. In 2011, they worked as a Fundraiser for Concern Worldwide. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Claims Executive for AEO Trading. During this time, they managed their own caseload by evaluating legal and insurance issues of claim. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Senior New Business Specialist for Dow Jones. Most recently, they have been the Head of Business Development for Acuity Trading since 2020. In this role, they have been responsible for using sophisticated Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technology to analyse millions of news items daily and quantify the mood of the market towards any stock, currency, index or other asset.

Armin Kamara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West of England, where they studied Law.
