Michael Monovoukas

Michael Monovoukas is the CEO and Co-Founder of AcuityMD. Michael has over six years of experience in business development and finance, including leading strategic work and building operating processes for fast-growing companies.

Prior to AcuityMD, Michael was with PatientPing, where they helped raise over $40M in equity capital and initiated, negotiated, and closed channel partnerships with EMR companies. Michael's financial responsibilities ranged from monthly GAAP financials and A/R management to leading the company's annual audit and tax preparation. Michael also managed a pipeline of business development opportunities to help grow the PatientPing community.

Before PatientPing, Michael co-founded WoundStilus, a startup that developed a mobile app for wound care management. Michael also has experience in product development, analytics, and reporting, as well as supervising regulatory analyses.

Michael Monovoukas has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Public Policy from Princeton University. Michael also attended Lexington High School.
