Rory Quinlan has worked in a variety of roles in the software industry over the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for AcuityMD. In 2020, they started GivePuppyLove, a charitable automated customized gift company supporting dog rescues, and donated around $10k in the first quarter after launch. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Maxwell Health, where they developed a search engine for small group health providers, an integration with the ADP payroll API, and many HR Admin web user interfaces. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Developer/Analyst at Cogo Labs, primarily developing several internally- and externally-facing software projects. In 2013, they were a Stress Testing Analyst at Capital One, and in 2012, they were a Procurement Analyst at Capital One.
Rory Quinlan received their Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2013. In 2012, they attended the University of Galway to study Business/Managerial Economics. Prior to that, they attended Walpole High School from 2005 to 2009.
