Angie York

Angie York is a seasoned professional in implementation services and customer operations with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Implementation Services at Acumatica since September 2020, Angie has held multiple leadership roles that include Implementation Services Team Lead and ERP Implementation Consultant/Project Manager. Prior to Acumatica, Angie directed customer service operations in the ServMan Division at WorkWave, overseeing support and consulting teams to drive performance and efficiency. Earlier positions include Director of Customer Operations at ServMan Software, Practice Director at Alternative Technology Solutions, and Professional Services Operations Manager at Viewpoint, where Angie was responsible for large teams and the optimization of processes. Angie holds a BS in Computer Science with a concentration in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
